LMR Group (Lower Mainland Remediation Inc.) is a mold remediation company based in Langley, British Columbia. We are responsible for the personal information we collect, and we follow British Columbia’s Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA).

• Respond to your inquiry and give you an estimate
• Schedule and carry out work at your property
• Send invoices and keep project records

We do not sell your personal information.

Who we share it with

We share your information only where needed:

• With an independent mold assessor, only with your permission
• With service providers who help us run our business, such as our website host, email and accounting software.

Our website uses Google tools, such as Google Analytics and Google Ads conversion and call tracking, to understand how visitors find us and whether our advertising works. These tools use cookies. Storage outside British Columbia

Some of our service providers may store information outside Canada. Information stored outside Canada may be subject to the laws of that country.

How long we keep it

We keep project records for 7 years for tax and warranty purposes, and inquiries that don’t become projects for 2 years. After that, we securely delete or destroy them.

How we protect it

We use password-protected accounts and devices, and we limit access to your information to people who need it to do their work.

Your choices

You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or withdraw your consent to its use, subject to legal or contractual limits. To make a request, contact us at info@LMRgroup.ca.
